Ten Symptoms of Panic Attacks

The ten symptoms of panic attacks are:

  1. Sweating
  2. Shaking visibly or inside
  3. Choking Sensation
  4. Dizziness
  5. Nausea
  6. Feeling lightheaded
  7. Shortness of breath
  8. Obsessive worry
  9. Unwanted thoughts
  10. Urgent need to urinate
